The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Free Shipping Offer for Canada
All purchases of urns and jewelry and accessories over $100 are eligible for free shipping to
Canadian addresses via Canada Post or similar service at our discretion. (Excludes memorial
stones and diamonds.) Free shipping time can vary from 4 to 10 days depending on
destination. Canada Post carrier rates are shown at checkout for purchases under $100.
US and UK Shipping
We display available rates from Canada Post for shipping to the United Kingdom and the United States. NOTE: You are responsible for paying any taxes or fees that may be assessed by your government's Customs department on your package's arrival in your country.
Shipping Outside Canada, UK, or US
We do not ship to countries outside Canada, the UK, or the US.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The processing time includes submitting the order to our supplier, receiving the package to our warehouse, and then re-packaging the product to be hand-delivered or shipped to the customer via Canada Post.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through Canada Post (though shipper service may vary) and offer various options for free shipping.
Express Shipping Policy
If you select and pay for Express Shipping, the processing time is still 3 to 5 days as this is how long it takes us to receive your product from our suppliers. However, your paid shipping will accelerate your service level when we dispatch it to 2-3 days (from 4 to 10 days).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Eirene is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Products are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Eirene is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your
order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
