His passing on December 10, 2023, has left a void that can never be filled, but his spirit will forever ripple through the lives he touched.
Yves is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Nicole, who stood by his side through thick and thin, sharing in the joys and challenges of life together. Their bond was unbreakable, a true testament to the power of unconditional love and support.

Yves was also a devoted father to his sons Christian, Roger, and Rene. He nurtured them with tenderness and wisdom, igniting within them a sense of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. Yves's guidance shaped them into the remarkable individuals they are today, continuing his legacy through their own lives.

The light of Yves's life was further amplified by the presence of his daughter-in-law Tasha and daughter-in-law Mandy. They brought infinite joy and laughter into his world, weaving themselves into the fabric of his heart with their warm embrace of the Descottes family.

Yves's love extended to his precious grandchildren, Raegan, Braeden, Connor, Nicolas, Luc, and Olive. Funeral services will held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11am at Paroisse St. Jean Batiste church located at 2517 25 Avenue, Regina, SK.
