With great sadness, we announce the passing of Sandra Ann Gallagher on Monday November 6, 2023.

Sandy was born on May 1, 1947 and lived in Regina, Saskatchewan. She attended Balfour Collegiate and met her future husband Gary through mutual friends. The two married on June 10, 1967 and had three daughters and two granddaughters. Sandy worked in many retail positions and retired from Sears. Throughout her life, Sandy enjoyed traveling, raising their two dogs, camping all around Canada, and spending time with family and friends. Sandy was an avid Saskatchewan Roughrider fan and could always be seen in green on game day! She was kind, loving, welcoming and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Sandy was predeceased by her parents Katherine and Jacob Felkl and her brother Gerry Felkl. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Gary, daughters Jacquie, Karey (Reg), and Lori, two granddaughters Shayla (Aaden), and Bree, sister Louise, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family wishes to thank everyone who supported Sandy and Gary during this difficult journey, as well as the devoted nursing staff at palliative care in the Pasqua Hospital for their kind, compassionate care in Sandy's last few weeks.

A celebration of life will take place on Friday, November 17, 2023 at Local Market on 1377 Hamilton St. in Regina, from 7-10pm.

For those inclined, the family kindly suggests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Regina Humane Society as Sandy had a deep love of all animals.
