It is with a heavy heart , that we must bid farewell to Rylee James Wenzel. He was a remarkable young man whose kindness and giving nature touched all who knew him.Rylee possessed a rare and beautiful quality of a good heart that radiated warmth and compassion towards everyone he encountered.
His infectious smile was a testament to his inner joy, always ready to uplift those around him with a simple silly grin. But it was Rylee’s unwavering love for his loyal companion, Burkly, that truly showcased the depth of his character. Putting his own life on hold,Rylee dedicated himself to care for Burkly. Recognizing that their bond surpassed mere Pet and owner, this act spoke volumes about Rylee’s capacity for love and empathy.To assist with the inevitable loss of Burkly, he sought comfort by opening his arms to another fury friend, Chewy. Rylee understood the power of love and how animals have an incredible ability to heal the wounds of a soul.The bond that he shared with Chewy became a testament to his resilience and capacity for nurturing and companionship.
Proudly boasting his skills as a roofer, Rylee poured his passion and dedication into his craft. He was determined to enhance his career through education, investing his time and effort into a second year of study. The pictures that captured Rylees life were a beautiful collages, with his beloved dogs and awe inspiring views from the rooftops where he found solace and purpose.
Rylee will be forever cherished and deeply missed by his loved ones. He is survived by his mother, Becky Blanchette. Becky and Rylee together had a connection of love and understanding that came from growth and facing the world together. Rylee was so incredibly happy for his mom when Darcy Murphy came into their lives. Rylees was relieved to have a person in their corner that could be an inspiration of what true unconditional love can be. Rylee is also survived by his Father, Darcy Wenzel. Rylee’s Great grandparents Clara Kinzel, Barry Rudd held a special place in his heart. Along with the Great grandparents were Kathy and Roy Little and Grandparents Linda Peters and Clifford Jacobson. They all were an unwavering source of love and support through his life. The loss of Rylee creates an immeasurable void in the lives of his cherished Aunties , Uncles, cousins and friends.His friends that were more than just friends , they were his chosen family . Their grief serves as a testament to the Impact he had on all their lives.
As we say goodbye to Rylee, we remember a young soul whose capacity for love, kindness and generosity knew no boundary. He touched our hearts and inspires us to cherish each moment, to embrase the power of compassion and to find the joy in even the smallest gesture. Rylee’s legacy will forever live on in the memories of all who were fortunate enough to know him and his heart that he was willing to give.
A service for the celebration of his life will be held at Victory Church { 2802 Rushholme Rd } on Saturday, November 04th at 3:00pm
