Born May 1st, 1924 in Dublin Ireland. At a young age moved to Singapore as her father was in the military. Her family moved to Plymouth in the U.K. where she met her to be husband Alan and was later married. Moved to Canada in May of 1955 with her young son and eventually settled in Niagara Falls. Primarily a housewife she was involved in teaching swimming to the handicapped for many years. She also taught young mothers how to bake.
Into her 90's she was swimming 25 laps a week at an Olympic sized pool, playing golf and line dancing. She also loved singing and playing the piano.
She was preceded by her husband Alan (2009). She is survived by her son Terry (Pat), daughter Lesley Cosgrove (Marty), grand daughters Dana Lucas (Jamie), Sarah Crowthers, Diana Ferreira, and Amanda Scott. Great Grand Children Jesse James, Callie, Emma and Casey will miss her.
Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

A special thanks to the people at St. Peters Residence at Chedoke. The caregivers on the Cedar and Dogwood terraces were very kind to our mother and our family members.
