It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marc Leo Maurice Knez. Marc illuminated our world with his bright spark, and his absence leaves a deep void. He passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 12, 2024. Marc was born in Etobicoke on February 5, 1973. He leaves behind many cherished loved ones, including his parents Robert & Diane Knez, former spouse Jen, and his deeply beloved children Meghan & Logan. He is also survived by his brother Mathew, Michael, sister-in-law Lindsay, and his nephews Nathan (god son) & Brennan.

Marc obtained a Bachelor's Degree degree from the University of Toronto and was an active member of the Alpha Delta Phi brotherhood. Marc's life was a tapestry of adventure and vitality. A cherished member of our family, he embraced life with a daring and adventurous spirit, always seeking new experiences and thrills. He aspired to be a superhero with extraordinary abilities, setting ambitious goals and constantly enriching his mind through reading and learning. He enjoyed numerous adventures around the world always seeking to broaden his awareness and evolve, and took great pride enlightening those around him.

There will be a gathering in his memory at the Boulevard Club (1491 Lake Shore Blvd.) on Friday, June 21 from noon to 4:00 p.m.
