In Loving Memory of Florence (Graham) Mullaney

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we bid farewell to a remarkable woman whose presence touched the lives of so many. Florence (Graham) Mullaney, has left an unforgettable mark on the world through her kindness, talents, and unwavering love for her family. She passed away on October 29, 2023, with family by her side.

Florence was preceded by her husband Maurice, and sons Eugene, Doyle and Neil, she is survived by her children, Deryle (Theresa), Maurese, Marvin (Carol) Mullaney, 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends who will forever hold her close within their hearts.

Florence was born March 18, 1923 in Bowsman, MB, to the late Flora and Fred Graham, and was the last surviving sibling of Evelyn, Delbert, Garfield, Velma and Mary Belle. In 1944, Florence married Maurice (Pete) Mullaney, they farmed and started their family in the Bowsmen/Lenswood, MB, area before moving to Regina in 1957.

For two decades, Florence dedicated herself to serving others as part of the dietary team at the Regina General Hospital. Her dedication was unwavering, and her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched with her warm smile and kind soul.

Florence had a passion for creating beauty with her own hands. She was known for the intricately knit si-wash sweaters that enveloped her loved ones in warmth and love. Her sweaters were not merely clothing items, they were tangible expressions of her care and affection.

In her well-deserved retirement, Florence found solace in various hobbies that brought her joy. She would often lace up her bowling shoes, participating in retirement leagues, where she formed friendships and cherished memories. But it was through her bus tours that she ventured out into the world, exploring new destinations. Each journey allowed her to enjoy the sights, sounds, and cultures of the places she visited.

Florence was a strong and independent woman, living unassisted until the age of 96, when she moved into the Marian Chateau. Rather than mourning her absence, let's celebrate the life she had and the legacy she leaves behind.

Her memory will be etched in our hearts forever.
