A devoted husband, loving father, supportive brother and uncle to his family. A good leader, coach, instructor and mentor. A competitive athlete. A contributor and volunteer to Filipino community and other communities. A loyal Filipino. Endless words for a person who will be surely missed by everyone.

Two scriptures come to mind when we think about Donick.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven.” Matthew 5:16. Donick’s humility always showed through. It was never about look at how many families he has helped, but rather. There are so many more that I need to be there for.

“ Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others”. Phil 2:3-4. This scripture highlights what the ideals are of a ‘good person’ from a human perspective should hope to live by. Donick from his works within the communities he worked in, was truly a good person.
